About the Role

As the Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the school by contributing to corporate service activities, including human resources, financial management, and facilities coordination. This role involves identifying and implementing process improvements to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing day-to-day management and support for school staff, including recruitment, induction, and training coordination.
- Ensuring compliance with departmental policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements.
- Assisting with workforce planning, including maintaining accurate records and monitoring staff data.
- Supporting financial and administrative activities, including budget reviews and resource management.
- Coordinating facilities management, maintenance activities, and capital works projects under the direction of the Business Manager.
