Key Responsibilities
We're seeking a strategic relationship builder to drive partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Establishing strong relationships with key partners.
* Identifying new business development opportunities through partnerships and sponsorships.
* Selling value-added partnership packages that meet the needs of both parties.
* Collaborating closely with event operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional events.
* Hosting VIPs, supporting commentators, and ensuring sponsors have an excellent experience at events.
Requirements
* Proven track record in sales, corporate partnerships, or related fields.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Negotiation skills and a history of closing deals.
* A collaborative approach with a focus on results-driven teamwork.
* Flexibility to work weekends and attend events as needed.
* A background in mass participation events or a personal passion for sport and fitness is highly desirable.
