Looking for a rewarding Casual Personal Carer role with a leading provider of home support services? Clean and Organised Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Carer to join our team in and around Melb VIC Western Suburbs. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping our elderly and disabled clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
* Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
* Providing domestic support including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social activities
* Monitoring clients\' health and wellbeing and reporting any changes to the care team
* Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and stimulating setting for our clients
* Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Qualifications
* A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
* Current Police Check
* Current First Aid
* Previous experience in a personal care or home support role, ideally with aged or disabled clients
* Minimum of 1 year of personal care experience is required for this position
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
* A caring, patient, and empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license
* First Language English is a MUST; preference for Italian, Greek, Macedonian
* Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
