Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm
$70,000 + Super
Our client is currently looking for a reliable and organised Administration / Logistics Coordinator to join their team based in Morningside.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a quick-paced workplace, has strong communication skills, and can confidently manage day-to-day transport and customer coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating drivers, paperwork, delivery directions and ETA updates
* Organising deliveries and pick-ups
* Data entry and general administration
* Handling customer enquiries over the phone
* Assisting with day-to-day logistics coordination
About You
* Previous experience in logistics, warehousing or transport administration preferred
* Robust organisational and multitasking skills
* Confident phone manner and communication skills
* Good computer and data entry skills
* Experience with Carton Cloud is highly regarded, however training will be provided
