Already thriving in Australia since 2021 without a local sales presence. The business is now officially launching boots on the ground. This is your opportunity to lead the charge. Reporting directly to an inspiring US-based Sales Director, You will take ownership of Main Responsibilities · Quality leads to marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities · Reach out to potential customers via cold calls and emails · Identify customer needs and assess whether they require customer care or sales support · Set up meetings and calls between customers and Account Executives · Stay up to date with product and changes · Utilise Salesforce and sales cadence management tools to effectively engage prospects · Work with the Account Executives on the ground in Australia and with US base teams collaboratively Experiences and Skills · Must have worked in Trades or Maintenance Companies with a passion for technology or worked for SaaS/ Tech companies · Have at least 2 year experience in a similar role · Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling · Proven track record of achieving sales quotas · Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) · Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPIs) · Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales · Desirable to possess a degree or have proven success in a similar role (3 years is preferred) Perks & Benefits: · $79K Base plus a strong commission upside to $130 OTE more · Incredible onboarding & US support team · Clear, straightforward interview process · Urgently recruiting! · The chance to help launch a global tech leader locally · Ability to further your career to AE as first boots on the ground Acknowledgement of Country Salt respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia as the continuing custodians of country and culture.
