This short-term opportunity will see you partner with hiring managers across your client portfolio, supporting them to attract and select top talent while ensuring candidates experience a seamless and engaging recruitment process. You’ll provide trusted advice, guidance and hands-on support to help navigate UQ’s recruitment policies and processes, with the full support of a collaborative and welcoming team that's ready to help you get up to speed. What You’ll Be Doing Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from conducting recruitment briefs with hiring managers, creating compelling job advertisements, coordinating interviews, through to drafting employment contracts. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with UQ's goals and appeal to the required audience. Collaborate closely with our HR teams to deliver a smooth, consistent and professional hiring experience.
