Human Resources Work alongside one of Brisbane’s largest internal talent functions Full time, fixed-term opportunity until mid-November to pr ovide coverage during a period of team leave Base salary will be in the range $93K - $100K 17% super (HEW Level 6) Based at St Lucia About This Opportunity As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the teams that drive teaching, research and innovation as we work together to create meaningful change. This short-term opportunity will see you partner with hiring managers across your client portfolio, supporting them to attract and select top talent while ensuring candidates experience a seamless and engaging recruitment process. You’ll provide trusted advice, guidance and hands-on support to help navigate UQ’s recruitment policies and processes, with the full support of a collaborative and welcoming team that's ready to help you get up to speed. What You’ll Be Doing Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from conducting recruitment briefs with hiring managers, creating compelling job advertisements, coordinating interviews, through to drafting employment contracts. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with UQ's goals and appeal to the required audience. Collaborate closely with our HR teams to deliver a smooth, consistent and professional hiring experience. You thrive under pressure, balance multiple competing priorities with ease, and enjoy the challenge of solving problems and improving processes. Your strong interpersonal skills mean you can quickly build trust with stakeholders and provide exceptional service. And while you're comfortable working autonomously, you're a true team player who’s always ready to lend a hand.
