Front Desk Administrator/Client Service Officer – Full-Time

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be a welcoming, reassuring presence from the moment they arrive. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm, organised, and empathetic is essential to ensuring a positive and seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and support clients with empathy and professionalism
- Manage phone enquiries, appointment bookings, and message-taking with efficiency and warmth
- Maintain clear, effective communication between clients and veterinary teams
- Process invoicing, insurance claims, and payment follow-ups
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry using EzyVet software
- Promote and maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming front-of-house area
- Uphold ethical standards, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing reception or administrative role
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office; experience with EzyVet or similar software is a plus
- Previous experience in veterinary or human healthcare is highly desirable
- A genuine love of animals and a compassionate approach to client care
