The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level HR advice and guidance to senior management, including support with employee relations, recruitment, and policy development.

* Lead on employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing recommendations for resolution.

You will be a motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of employment law and industrial relations principles.
Key Responsibilities
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Law, Business, or related field.
* At least 5 years' experience within a similar role in the transport and logistics industry.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies.
