About the Role
This leadership position plays a key role in ensuring equity and excellence for students with disability.
The Head of Special Education Services reports directly to the Principal.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing evidence-based advice and guidance to develop effective reasonable adjustments.
* Analysing student achievement data to inform targeted intervention and case management.
* Establishing and maintaining systems to monitor student progress.
* Working closely with teachers, parents and external agencies to ensure a collaborative approach to student success.
