About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead a top tier global client for the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Lead and grow a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the senior point of contact and ensuring commercial success.
2. Develop and present strategic media recommendations across various channels, aligning with client business and campaign objectives.
3. Mentor and manage an account team, fostering professional growth and ensuring adherence to best practices.
4. Oversee campaign execution and performance, including reporting, analysis, and continuous optimisation.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, including leading inter-agency collaboration and global coordination.
6. Lead and support new business efforts across the agency, including responding to briefs and participating in pitch presentations.
7. Manage financial performance, including forecasting, reporting, and scope of work negotiations.
8. Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in digital media, and apply insights to enhance client strategies.
About You:
Our ideal candidate comes from a Media/Ad agency background, has experience in B2B and technology clients, and possesses strong strategic and analytical thinking skills. They are also capable of building trust and influencing senior stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and driving profitable account growth.
