Qualifications
Thrive in the Heart of The William Inglis Hotel - MGallery with
* Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
* Strong knowledge of beverage & cocktail preparation techniques and recipes.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
