* Provide outstanding in-store customer service to Telstra customers
* Identify products and services that meet customers' needs and transform their telecommunications experience
* Build connections with a variety of new and existing customers
* Develop customised solutions for customers
* Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Learn and grow within the role and beyond
* Maintain a positive and resilient approach to customer service in a busy environment
Qualifications / What we're looking for
* Experience in a customer-facing role
* The ability to easily build a connection with customers
