Responsibilities:
* Work alongside the Director
* Prospecting and liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, etc.
* Supporting the full sales process, including open for inspections and auctions
* Managing the database and handling general administration duties
* Organizing materials for listing presentations
* Attending and responding to all buyer enquiries (calls, emails, messages, social media, etc.)
* Managing buyer follow-up and private inspections
* Coordinating client bookings, meetings, and settlements
* Communicating and providing instructions to VAs, reception, and customer care team
* Assisting in the signing of REIV documentation and key handling
Requirements:
* Previous experience in real estate sales (minimum of 6-12 months preferred)
* Hunger for success and a proactive work ethic.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
* Valid Victorian Driver's License & working car.
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate.
* Australian citizens and permanent residents only.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday with Saturdays required for open homes and auctions.
