Introduction
Geelong Arts Centre Customer Event Officers are part of our frontline team who deliver a level of service that exceeds visitor expectations.
We are on the lookout for hospitality superstars with food and beverage, bartending or barista experience to join our casual team and provide exceptional guest experiences to our customers.
Key Requirements
* Experience in event delivery or hospitality, with experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant, Bartender or Barista highly regarded.
* A passion for food and beverage, a strong focus on customer service, and a genuine desire for crafting memorable event experiences.
* Superior customer resolution skills, proficient in deescalating issues and fostering customer satisfaction.
* Outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods.
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays, particularly Thursday - Saturday availability.
* Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Accreditation and Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
