NHW is seeking a Grade 2 Dietitian to provide dietetic care across Outpatient Specialist Clinics, Acute and Sub‐acute inpatient programs, and aged care facilities.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
* Provide dietetic assessment, counselling, and care plans in outpatient specialist clinics.
* Deliver dietetic care in acute and sub‐acute inpatient programs.
* Assist in aged care facilities.
* Work within sub‐acute program and/or community health settings.
