About the Role
* This consultant will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders in agriculture and horticulture.
* The ideal candidate will have extensive industry knowledge and experience in AgTech sales.
Responsibilities
* Main responsibilities include driving sales success, developing business opportunities, and fostering quality revenue growth through strategic farm acquisitions.
* The consultant will also provide continuous support to the Customer Success Team, including equipment planning, deployment, installation, and after-sales services.
* Assist INCYT partners, dealers, and installers across the region as needed.
Industry Engagement
* Cultivate partnerships that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
* Coordinate and attend industry events that are critical to sales success and revenue growth, delivering presentations as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience in technical sales within the AgTech or agriculture sectors.
* A qualification or significant experience in Agronomy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
* Experience working with farmers and understanding their operational challenges.
