Eligibility
To be considered for this position you must have one of the following qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Hospitality (with Commercial Cookery or Catering or Kitchen Operations specialty) and/or
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and/or
- Certificate IV in Catering Operations
Plus:
- A valid “Provide First Aid” (HLTAID011) or must be obtained prior to commencement.
