Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire (home-based or local school placements)

About the Role
TP Tutors is seeking a dedicated and patient 1:1 Tutor to provide personalised educational support to students in the Northampton area. You will work closely with learners to help them achieve their academic goals, build confidence, and foster a positive learning experience. Tutoring sessions may take place at students' homes, schools, or community settings, depending on what best suits the learner.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition in core subjects such as English, Maths, or Science
* Adapt lessons to suit individual learning needs and abilities
* Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents or coordinators
* Maintain positive and professional relationships with students and families
* Ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant tutoring/teaching experience
* Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons independently
* Flexibility to travel within the Northampton area
