We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to serve as the technical core of our digital ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands‑on technical expertise, driving digital excellence across our entire destination and its multiple digital platforms.
Duties include:
* Website Management & SEO: Manage and optimise multiple WordPress websites, implement SEO strategies, create landing pages, and drive performance through Google Analytics and Search Console.
* CRM & Marketing Automation: Serve as technical expert for our CRM systems including HubSpot, building automated workflows for customer lifecycle and loyalty communication and database management.
* Digital Experience Management: Oversee digital signage systems, ensuring content aligns with marketing calendars, show schedules and campaign timelines.
* SMS & Campaign Execution: Develop and execute SMS marketing campaigns with strategic segmentation, ensuring compliance and optimal engagement across the destination.
* Data Analytics & Integration: Lead platform integrations, develop reporting systems, utilise Power BI dashboards, and deliver actionable insights across our marketing and digital channels.
* Innovation & Technical Leadership: Test new marketing technologies, establish best practice protocols, and mentor team members on technical tools and platforms.
* Strategic Reporting: Deliver monthly performance snapshots across website, CRM, SMS and SEO metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
What do you need to be considered?
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing (Degree preferred).
* Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
* Analytical and reporting abilities.
* An eye for user experience and design details.
* Experience in SEO management.
* Strong capabilities in WordPress and HubSpot (or similar)
* Experience working with digital agencies.
* Experience in managing multiple digital projects.
* Demonstrated experience in implementing digital strategies.
* Experience reporting key digital metrics
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Must be able to work on-site; hybrid or remote working arrangements are not available.
