**Salary**: $80000 - $90000 pa + Superannuation

Our range is constantly evolving with the seasons and we create new products through inspiration.
**POSITION BRIEF**
We are now aiming to significantly expand our organic sourdough bread selection and seek a specialist organic sourdough baker to grow this line in our busy Boulangerie.
**KEY DUTIES**
- Creating and expanding Harvest's organic sourdough breads product range
- Ensuring the use of high quality raw materials and ingredients
- Coordinating the baking process from maturing, shaping and presentation of products
- Maintaining ovens and equipment
- Ensuring occupational health and safety standards
**SELECTION CRITERIA**
**Qualifications**:Relevant qualification, ideally trained in France or French institution
**Experience**:Minimum 5 years
