Your new role
This role involves working as a Labourer within a close-knit site team delivering temporary access structures for portable and modular buildings across a range of active project environments. Day to day, you will assist with the installation and dismantling of decking systems, stairs, ramps, handrails, and walkways, supporting trades and supervisors to ensure builds are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. The role plays a key part in helping clients maintain safe, functional access to their facilities, directly contributing to project success and site compliance. You will work alongside experienced team members, learning practical skills on the job while contributing through a strong work ethic and team-first attitude. A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential, as the business prioritises reliability, willingness to learn, and positive attitude. What you'll need to succeed
* Ability to perform physical, hands-on labour in active site environments
* Experience using basic hand and power tools or willingness to learn on the job
* Possess a whitecard & drivers licence
* Positive, reliable attitude with a willingness to show up consistently and contribute
* Basic construction or labouring experience preferred but not essential
* Forklift licence advantageous but not required
* Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Willingness to take direction from supervisors and support other team members
* Pride in workmanship and attention to detail when installing access structures
* Commitment to long-term, ongoing employment rather than short-term work
