What You'll Do
* Drive operational excellence and ensure commercial targets are met.
* Mentor, train, recruit and inspire your team to deliver their best every day.
* Oversee food safety and quality standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Oversee RSA within the terminal across several stores.
* Develop operational plans to deliver efficiency.
* Oversee stock, order and provided detailed oversight on stocktake and holding levels.
* Create a high-performance culture that values efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About You
* Experienced in managing hospitality teams with a focus on standards and safety.
* A clear communicator who can provide guidance and drive success.
* Able to work a flexible rotating roster across Sunday to Monday operations.
* Successful in the areas of functions, QSR and/or cafe or restaurants.
* Passionate about delivering great service in a unique environment.
