Sales and Inventory Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately record and maintain receipts of all deliveries.
* Ensure timely availability of goods required by the catering team in the required quantities.
* Pack delivered items to acceptable hygiene and other specifications.
* Maintain effective stock management to ensure space for incoming goods.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, QSAI, and WHS regulations.
* Colour code and stamp perishable items with acceptance dates.
* Anticipate potential problems and take necessary actions.
Requirements:
* High reach forklift license with experience preferred.
* Forklift/Work at Heights licenses ideal.
* Basic understanding of Halal policies desirable.
* Good knowledge of general Work Health and Safety.
* General knowledge of warehousing and storage procedures.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Able to obtain a clear National Police Check.
