Bend-tech Group is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Admin / Sales Coordinator to join our engineering and manufacturing business (specifically our BT Metals division). This role is a new position driven by growth and plays a key part in supporting sales and operations through accurate administration, quoting, and coordination across the Division and wider business.
You’ll work closely with sales, production and accounts to ensure information flows smoothly from enquiry through to delivery and invoicing. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.
Your mission
To provide dependable, high-quality administrative and sales coordination support that enables smooth operations, accurate quoting and order processing, and strong internal collaboration across manufacturing and invoicing.
This role is open to both full-time and part-time options, depending on the applicant’s needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and related documentation
* Coordinate information between sales, production, and accounts
* Enter and maintain accurate customer, job, and order data in internal systems
* Aid with day to day coordination tasks (such as deliveries, material orders, dispatch, etc.)
* Assist with order tracking, scheduling, and internal follow-ups
* Provide customers with order confirmations and updates when required
* Support invoicing processes and assist with administrative queries
* Ensure clear communication, accuracy, and follow-through across all tasks
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are organised, practical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in an administration, sales support, or coordination role (preferably in manufacturing, though not necessary)
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* Confidence managing data, documentation, and internal communication
* The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
* A team-first mindset with a willingness to support others
* Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment (highly regarded but not essential)
