Heavy Diesel Mechanic | Western Sydney
Join a leading national environmental and waste services provider in a high-performing Western Sydney workshop. You will be performing proactive maintenance and major/minor repairs on a diverse heavy vehicle fleet to ensure safety and compliance.
You will be managing your own workload independently, performing mechanical repairs across brakes, steering, and suspension systems while using digital tools to track your progress.
Location and shifts
* Location: Central Western Sydney. Large, modern workshop with ample parking.
* Shifts Available: Monday to Friday, Morning and Afternoon shifts available.
* Hourly Rate: Competitive Base + Afternoon Shift Penalties + Overtime.

* Trade Qualification: Valid Diesel Mechanic License is essential.
* Technical Expertise: Proven experience in heavy vehicle mechanical repairs (Brakes, Suspension, Steering).
* Digital Literacy: Comfortable using an iPad/tablet for fleet management and reporting.
* Clean Record: Ability to pass a Police Check and Drug & Alcohol screen.
* Licensing: Valid manual Driver's License (MR or HR license is highly regarded).
