We're looking for a commercially driven Store Manager to lead our Penrith store. In this key leadership role, you'll coach and inspire your team to reach their full potential, driving performance, collaboration, and a culture of trust and excellence.

* Experienced Retail Leader – 3–5 years managing teams in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle
* Results-Driven – proven success hitting KPIs in fast-paced environments

* Professional & Polished – confident communicator with strong presentation skills
Tech-Savvy – comfortable with omni-channel retail and digital tools
