Do you love helping customers and solving problems? We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our close‐knit team in Gladstone, QLD.

In this full‐time role, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience—supporting a growing customer base, finding smart solutions, and making a real difference every day. You'll be empowered by a supportive manager and team who will help you sharpen your customer service skills, confidently handle enquiries and escalations, and turn challenges into positive outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

* Deliver friendly, helpful service to customers via phone, email, and internal systems
* Take ownership of enquiries, responding promptly and resolving issues end to end
* Review customer sales history to understand needs and identify value‐add opportunities
* Build strong relationships by providing informed, tailored solutions
* Keep customers up to date with relevant products, services, and updates

What You'll Bring

* Experience in a high‐volume or customer service environment (call centre experience a bonus, not essential)
* A customer‐first mindset with a proactive, solutions‐focused approach
* Strong communication skills and confidence working both independently and within a small team
* Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems
* A positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
