We are currently looking for a Field Consultant to support our team across Australia.
General details:
* Employed on a case-by-case.
* Engaged by a "file manager" – working closely with this contact, reporting updates and copying this contact into communication.
* Contact with the assignee is expected within 24 hrs. of receipt and any assignee emails.
Scope of work:
* To be the face-to-face contact with assignees moving into Adelaide.
* Provide guidance and advice on specifics in Adelaide.
* Liaise with schools if required to arrange viewings/enrolment.
* Liaise with real estate agents to:
* Book viewings
* Source properties that haven't been listed or have been listed that meet the preferences of a given employee
* Follow up on applications.
* Negotiate lease terms (if applicable).
* Collect assignees and take to school or rental viewings (in line with approved services)
* Advise on required documents, standard Adelaide practices/nuances, etc.
* Be the main point of contact for any city specific knowledge for queries for your assignees
* Flag potential issues/escalations to the file manager immediately and provide a pro-active solution to try to avoid
* Ensure any state specific laws/nuances are made clear to assignees
* Capture key milestones via email (copy in the file manager).
* Provide itineraries to the file manager within 24 hrs. of any face-to-face assistance.
* Send timesheet and completion report at the completion of assistance.
Pay:
* Payment is made on an hourly, case-by-case basis.
* Hours will be confirmed when sharing the details of the job.
* You will receive an hourly rate + an hourly expense fee
* SIRVA doesn't do reimbursements of tolls/parking, etc. This is absorbed by the expense fee.
