What you will bring
* Proven ability to plan, prioritise and deliver projects on time and within budget
* Strong understanding of drainage design, stormwater systems, and flood mitigation
* Confident interpreting engineering standards, legislation, and local laws
* Skilled in hydrologic/hydraulic modelling and catchment analysis
* Experience with WSUD, IWM, and sustainable drainage solutions
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, DRAINS or similar software
* Strong report writing and communication skills
* Collaborative, solutions‑focused approach to stakeholder engagement
* Experience in development approvals and contract management
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and eligibility for Engineers Australia membership
* Current Driver's Licence and Police Check (or ability to obtain)
* Hold a current satisfactory Police Check or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
Salary and conditions
The position is classified within Band 6 of Council's Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $93,602 to $101,911 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
