We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, who loves combining consultative sales, design conversations, and customer service. The Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be the face of the showroom and a key contact for customers throughout their lift journey, from first enquiry through to installation.
* Responding to new and existing enquiries, business development and proactive follow-up
* Meeting clients in the showroom and on-site to discuss their needs
* Assessing client requirements and explaining design possibilities and limitations
* Advising solutions that balance compliance, practicality, and design
* Preparing quotations, following up, organising documentation and negotiating to order placement
* Keeping clients informed at every stage of the process
* Maintaining accurate records and updating the database/CRM
* Attending tradeshows and handovers
Skills and Experience
You enjoy consultative, solution-based sales and can comfortably talk to anyone, taking pride in offering a professional, helpful customer experience from start to finish.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service and B2B
* Strong customer relationship building skills
* Confident in following up incoming leads as well as new business development
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable dealing with homeowners, builders, designers and other stakeholders
* Solid computer skills, including CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* An understanding of design and construction processes and building plans, or keen to learn
* Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

* Fulltime permanent position
* Standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm)
* Realistic On Target Earnings of around $250,000 per annum (OTE including base, super and bonuses)
