The Role
Based in Sydney and reporting directly to the NSW Head of Sales, this pivotal position is fundamental to realising IVE's objectives for omnichannel growth.
Supported by the industry leader in personalised communications, combined with nationwide capabilities, this role offers an excellent opportunity for success. Key responsibilities include:
- Nurture and grow existing portfolio.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline to meet budget.
- Create and present proposals and assist with tender responses as required.
- Meet sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of Account Management experience
- Experience servicing enterprise-level clients, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers
- Proficiency in multi-channel communication execution is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in solution-oriented sales, achieving results.
- Self-motivated with strong priority management skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in decision-making, organisation, planning, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring an account management team to drive performance and growth is preferred
