Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of 8-10 packaging staff including training, performance evaluation, and coaching
Execute weekly production plans across Small Pack and Keg lines to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets
Drive line performance optimization and proactively identify improvement opportunities
Monitor and report operational scorecard KPIs for packaging
Manage administrative systems (Netsuite, ELMO) and maintain standard work documentation
Complete changeover procedures, end-of-week checklists, handover documentation, and KPI spreadsheets
Ensure compliance with HACCP, WQA, GMP, and OH&S procedures at all times
Coordinate with Brewing, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to optimize daily and weekly schedules
Identify and escalate maintenance issues and coordinate repairs when necessary
Ensure packaging line meets 5S cleanliness standards during and at end of shift
Respond to incidents or near-misses and ensure appropriate action is taken
Required
2-3 years' experience in manufacturing or production operations (FMCG, beverage, or brewing preferred)
1+ years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Knowledge of HACCP, WQA, GMP, and OH&S procedures
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Process/product knowledge in beverage or beer industry (or ability to learn quickly)
