We are seeking an experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Victoria Park, WA. This is a full time position where you will be responsible for the servicing and repair of a range of light vehicles. You will be an integral part of our Automotive Trades team, contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on a variety of light vehicles, both petrol and diesel passenger cars, vans and 4WDS
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using the latest tools and technology
- Carry out vehicle inspections and provide recommendations to customers
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed
- Contribute to a safe and efficient workshop environment
What we're looking for
- Relevant trade qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a similar field
- At least 2 years' experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with customers
- A passion for the Automotive industry and staying up-to-date with industry developments
