Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with Group Directors and Managers, you'll be the go-to person for all things internal communications, office management, recruitment and marketing. Your day-to-day will be varied and engaging, including:
* Providing high-level executive support to Directors, including travel and meeting coordination
* Prepare correspondence, reports, letters and PowerPoint presentations
* Supporting hiring managers with interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations
* Managing internal and external marketing initiatives, including social media and developing a yearly events schedule
* Designing branded collateral using Canva and maintaining consistency across platforms
* Acting as Tender Coordinator for submissions and proposals
* Overseeing office management tasks and contributing to building upgrades and space planning
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a confident communicator with a creative flair and a passion for people. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
* Proficient in using the MS Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or marketing would be advantageous but not essential.
* Proficiency in Canva and a good eye for design and branding would also be advantageous.
