The Opportunity
We are thrilled to announce our expansion into the Gold Coast and are seeking a visionary Landscape Architect to join our team as a founding pillar of this new studio. Working alongside our newly appointed Studio Lead, you will play a vital role in managing award-winning projects, mentoring a dynamic team, and strengthening Arcadia's profile in a sun-drenched location.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in managing projects from concept to completion as part of a project team
2. Develop creative and sustainable design solutions
3. Prepare detailed design documentation and specifications
4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
5. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
6. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope
Skills & Experience
7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
8. 2–3+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture
9. Strong design and documentation skills
10. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
13. A passion for sustainability and innovative design
