Responsibilities
* Consultant Psychiatrist for the Department of Emergency (Tasmania) from April to August, with a view to extension where applicable.
* Provide clinical leadership and patient care in the Emergency Department unit as part of a psychiatry service offering.
* On‐call duties as described in postings (e.g., on‐call 1:2 with EDMS during public holidays, weeknights and weekends in some roles).
* Engage with teaching and training activities in a hospital/teaching environment where applicable.
Qualifications
* Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
* Experience in Emergency Department psychiatry or related mental health services is indicated in postings.
