Finance Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and systems, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the day-to-day performance and reliability of finance systems.
* Administering user access and maintaining system security.
* Troubleshooting issues and managing escalations with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Coordinating testing cycles for upgrades, patches, and new releases.
* Creating and maintaining process documentation and training guides.
* Collaborating with finance, technology, and other business units to understand system needs and deliver enhancements.
* Analysing data and system usage to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
* Experience in a finance or systems role within a professional services setting.
* Elite 3E, Elite Enterprise or Aderant would be highly regarded.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including data interpretation.
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across finance and technology teams.
* Familiarity with MS SQL Server and cloud-based technologies.
* A team player with a growth mindset and interest in continuous learning.
