Sales Representative – Industrial Valves
Global valve manufacturer with a long-standing Australian presence
Autonomous, work-from-home role managing the SA territory
Diverse customer base – industrial, food & beverage, and mining sector
Location: Adelaide & Regional South Australia (1–1.5 weeks regional travel/month)

THE ROLE
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the South Australian market, managing existing industrial clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
You'll spend roughly half your time on the road visiting clients, managing projects, following up on quotes, and building long-term relationships with engineers, specifiers, project managers, and business owners.
The focus will be on end-user accounts across wineries, manufacturing plants, and food & beverage sites, with growing opportunities in the mining sector over time.
This is a fully autonomous position—you'll work from home, manage your own schedule, and be the company's key representative in South Australia.
THE CANDIDATE
The most important thing: a background selling valves, pumps, actuators, or related flow control products into industrial or mining environments.
You'll be technically minded, inquisitive, and naturally driven to uncover opportunities and provide tailored solutions for your clients.
You enjoy the independence of managing your own territory and thrive in a role that rewards initiative and customer focus.
Experience in industrial, process, or mechanical product sales.
Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
Technical aptitude and curiosity to understand applications and systems.
Energy, resilience, and the ability to work independently without supervision.
