The Opportunity
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial function of Flanco. Based in Bayswater and reporting to the Executive Directors and Tasmea Group CFO, this pivotal role will shape Flanco’s financial performance, sustainability, and long-term growth.
You’ll lead all aspects of financial management—including budgeting, reporting, compliance, cash flow, and commercial support—while working hands-on with project teams, operational leaders, and external stakeholders to drive business performance and ensure financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to the Executive Team
Manage forecasting, budgeting, reporting and statutory compliance
Lead cash flow forecasting and optimise working capital
Support tenders, pricing strategies, and financial reviews of projects
Drive improvements in systems, controls, and financial processes
Mentor and lead a small, high-performing finance team
What You’ll Bring
CPA or CA qualification and a degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
5+ years in a senior finance leadership role, ideally in engineering, construction, or industrial services
Strong commercial acumen in project-based environments
Proven ability to lead change, improve systems, and drive performance
Hands-on, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MYOB, Simpro, and financial modelling in Excel
Flexibility to travel if required
