Change Manager | Investments Program
Location: Brisbane
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Change Manager to join our clients team and support a critical transformation program within the Investments portfolio.
This role will be focused on the implementation of a new Portfolio Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the implementation of a new Portfolio Management System.
- Assisting with change management activities for a key transformation program.
- Working collaboratively with a Senior Change Manager to ensure project success.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in change management and a solid understanding of the investment management lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 4–5 years of dedicated Change Management experience.
- Background in investment management or financial services.
- Understanding of the investment lifecycle, including:
- Front Office: Portfolio Management, Trading, Order Management
- Middle Office: Risk Management, Compliance, Performance Attribution
- Back Office: Trade Settlements, Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, Reporting
- Experience in supporting Portfolio Management System (PMS) implementations is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Charles River, or similar is highly advantageous.
This is a 12 month initial contract, and will require travel to the office.
