About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role will be divided between customer service and the warehouse, depending on business requirements and workloads. Great opportunity to gain experience over different areas of the business. 25 hours per week, over 5 days a week (Hours can be negotiable depending on applicants requirements)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Answering incoming phone calls & online enquiries from Consumers, Electrical & Pharmacy
* Order receipt and input/maintenance into our CRM System
* Very good product knowledge and the ability to communicate this information to clients
* Inbound sales conversion from clients and consumers
* Daily order processing followed by picking and packing
* Repairing devices for consumers and retailers
* Unpacking pallets and moving stock
* General warehouse duties and housekeeping

To be successful for this position, you must possess the following attributes:

* Outbound/Inbound Call Centre experience would be advantageous
* Previous experience in warehousing will be highly regarded, but not essential
* Good time management skills especially working in a fast paced environment
* Possess the ability to evaluate and initiate your work independently
* Excellent communication and rapport building skills
* Ability to quickly develop product knowledge skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to contribute to improving the business
* Phone sales experience with the ability to genuinely assist customers whilst driving sales
* Advanced computer skills and accurate data entry with strong attention to detail
