Role: Administration Support
Hours: Monday to Friday with a rotational Saturday
Location: Townsville
Mike Carney Toyota, one of regional Australia's largest and most respected dealerships, is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administration Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Townsville.
This role plays a vital part in supporting our Administration departments. Managing essential documentation, data entry, and internal coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. While you'll occasionally assist with front-desk and customer-facing duties, your primary focus will be on providing accurate and timely admin support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Processing: Assist with documentation related to new vehicle sales, registrations, and deliveries.
* Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate internal records and update systems to ensure compliance and traceability.
* Internal Coordination: Liaise with sales consultants and admin team members to ensure paperwork, stock details, and delivery schedules are correct and completed on time.
* Reception Support (as required): Support front desk with greeting customers and managing calls during peak periods or staff absence.
* Professional Interaction: Handle incoming phone calls and emails with a polished and courteous demeanour, ensuring seamless communication.
