About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and working as part of the Executive Leadership Team, the Director Community Services will be instrumental in driving innovative change across the department and wider organisation.
This position is based in Portland with flexible working arrangements being available.
We are seeking a leader who will empower and support others by giving them the authority and latitude to accomplish tasks. As a leader, you are open and responsive to change and deal comfortably with ambiguity and complexity. You will also influence change with clear communication and facilitation by adapting your leadership approach to reflect the needs of the changing environment.

* Children's Services; Early Years and Kindergarten
* Economic Development and Tourism
* Planning and Development
