Administrative Support Role
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team. This includes a range of tasks such as reception duties, daily mailroom operations, and assisting with client enquiries.
* Reception duties when required
* Daily mailroom operations which includes collecting, opening, processing and distributing all mail and couriered packages
* Assisting with client enquiries
The successful candidate will have:
* demonstrated knowledge and experience in an office administration role
* experience in professional services (desirable)
