This newly created role will be a critical voice in bringing this platform to the Australian market - shaping its commercial success and cementing TRA's position as a leader in insight-tech.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Managing Partner, TRA Australia, the Sales Director will be responsible for:
* Driving new business acquisition for our Enterprise Tracking platform and strategically growing a high-value pipeline
* Leading future-oriented discovery conversations with senior decision-makers
* Translating complex client challenges into compelling briefs - across both consulting and TRA Tracker
* Partnering seamlessly with consulting and product teams to create an exceptional client experience
* Bringing sales discipline, CRM rigour, and commercial clarity to TRA's growth engine
With robust tech-enabled products, AI-powered insight tools, and a powerful consulting brand behind you, you'll be selling with an unusually strong value proposition.

* Background in insights, strategic consulting, SaaS, or enterprise-level B2B sales
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to quickly understand complex client needs
* Comfortable leading future-oriented, thought-provoking conversations with senior leaders
* Proven ability to spark interest and mobilise clients around new ideas
* Highly collaborative with a strong handover mindset
* Exceptional relationship-building skills
