Job Title
A senior governance professional is sought to strengthen compliance and risk management across the organisation. This role will lead the implementation of compliance and risk frameworks, ensuring alignment with legislative obligations and corporate planning requirements.
About the Role
This position is responsible for the effective monitoring and reporting of compliance and risk outcomes, while providing advice, training, and coaching to managers and staff. It is central to embedding a culture of governance excellence and accountability in support of strategic objectives.
Requirements
* A Bachelor degree in Commerce, Law, Business, Risk Management, Governance or related discipline.
* Minimum five years' relevant experience in governance, compliance, risk, fraud or complaints management.
* Minimum five years' leadership experience.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation and policies in complex compliance roles.
The ideal candidate is a solutions-focused, culturally aware professional with strong judgement and decision-making skills, able to work in politically sensitive environments.
