About the role - Our Operations team, composed of 15 people, operates a world-class Hydrogen Peroxide manufacturing facility focusing on safety, growth, technical excellence, product quality and community involvement. - You will be accountable for: - Being a reliable and capable Shift Operator to join our Operations Team and support our plant. - The successful candidate will learn all aspects of operations, initially on a weekday roster. - From there, the person will move into a shift relief roster - working on either day/night roster covering annual leave, sick leave and / or plant demand. - Support the plant and follow the HSE regulationsTechnical Skills - ability to operate a forklift and learn a complex chemical plant. - We offer a permanent contract based on shifts & onsite working mode. About you - Licensed to operate a forklift and/or Experience working within a manufacturing environment. - Competencies: - Safety Awareness /Compliance - Strong understanding of and adherence to workplace safety regulations. - Communication Skills - Clear verbal and written communication to report issues or receive instruction. Good computer skills - basic knowledge of Excel/Outlook/Word. - Technical Skills - ability to operate a forklift and learn a complex chemical plant. About the pay and benefits - Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Australia base pay reasonably expected for this role is AU$ 104,906.49, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
