We have two exciting openings for highly organized and skilled professionals to join our Maternity and Gynaecology Clinical Support Unit at John Hunter Hospital.
About the Role
This 12-month temporary full-time position or a 32-hour per week permanent part-time role provides high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior executives and clinical directors. Key responsibilities include diary management, minute-taking, room scheduling, reporting, recruitment, and health rostering. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage time and workload effectively, competency in medical terminology, and capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and clinical directors
* Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments
* Prepare meeting minutes and reports
* Coordinate room scheduling and events
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
* Contribute to health rostering and payroll interpretation
