**Current opportunity**
Our People Advisory team in Brisbane is seeking to appoint a Manager to join our practice. You will partner with our clients to design solutions that help them solve their complex people and workforce related issues, including how to have the right people in place, doing the right things, with the right capabilities, at the right time.
Solutions may include helping clients navigate change programs, designing the optimum workforce capability and capacity needed to deliver upon a current strategy, identifying the talent strategies needed to resolve any gaps and improving leadership capability and workplace culture.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Leading engagements end-to-end, including opportunity identification, commercial management and project delivery
- Client relationship management
- Coaching and developing our team
- Contributing to the culture and development of future leaders across Consulting
- Co-creating solutions that respond to client needs
- Developing your technical skills across our core services

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Well-developed core consulting skills (research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail)
- Technical experience in some of the above focus areas
- Demonstrable experience working with stakeholders across a broad range of clients within a professional services environment
- An aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
