We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and commercial success of a portfolio of technology‑enabled products and solutions. You will own product strategy and roadmap decisions, balancing customer outcomes, commercial impact, and long-term product direction. As the voice of the customer and the market, you will work closely with stakeholders, sales, engineering, and delivery teams to translate real operational challenges into compelling product strategies and value‑driven solutions. This role balances customer insight, commercial thinking, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure products deliver measurable outcomes for both customers and the business.
This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working across disciplines, engaging with customers, and shaping products that operate in complex, real‑world environments.
* Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through development, launch, adoption, and retirement.
* Develop and maintain product strategies and roadmaps informed by customer insight, market trends, and business objectives.
* Engage directly with customers, Global Solutions Advisors, and regional teams to understand workflows, challenges, and desired outcomes.
* Translate customer needs into clear value propositions, use cases, and prioritised product requirements.
* Balance customer demand, commercial viability, and technical feasibility when setting product priorities.
* Provide clear product direction to engineering and R&D teams through well‑defined requirements and outcome-based success criteria that measure customer and business impact.
* Partner with Program and Project Managers to ensure product initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
* Lead product launch planning, including positioning, pricing input, enablement, and lifecycle communications.
* Work with Marketing to shape go‑to‑market strategies and supporting collateral.
* Support Sales and Solutions teams with product expertise and value‑based customer narratives.
* Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and market feedback to guide continuous improvement.
You are a customer‑focused Product Manager with strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering value through technology. You are comfortable working across global, cross‑functional teams and enjoy turning insight into action.
You are comfortable making informed trade-offs, saying no when required, and backing decisions with customer insight and data.
You will bring:
* A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
* A minimum of five years' experience in product management, solution management, or a closely related role.
* Demonstrated experience managing products through full lifecycle stages in customer‑facing markets.
* Strong experience working with engineering, sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively in complex environments.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across levels and functions.
* Exposure to mining, tunnelling, industrial technology, or complex operational environments (preferred).
Formal training or certification in Product Management is advantageous.
